Director will record podcast via video conferencing service, live-checking audio quality, giving production notes and helping moderate conversation flow for multiple hosts. This can also include live fact checking for research purposes and initiating a “retake” for parts when necessary.

Editing     $18/hr

Editor will combine rough initial recording tracks into one quality track. Service also includes equalizing volume, inserting “stingers”, audio cues or retakes, and removing awkward pauses and distracting ambient sounds. Your editor can work with completely rough tracks or with tracks that have had editing work and need additional attention.

Theme Song and  Ambient Music Consultation & Licensing

Irreverent Podcasts can help curate options and locate an appropriate theme song for your podcast, negotiate an appropriate usage licensing contract with the owner(s). This helps you follow US copyright law and keeps you safe from legal action. The network has already contracted with two music publication services and can offer discounted rates on unique tracks for perpetual use. This service includes filing any copyright appeals that might be incorrectly flagged on your show.
